A Message From Our Leadership – November 2024

Dean Harrington

We are in a period of unprecedented growth at Weill Cornell Medicine. As we expand our clinical enterprise through groundbreaking initiatives like the state-of-the-art imaging center at 575 Lexington Avenue – a facility poised to transform clinical care and innovation at our institution – we remain strong in our core commitment to provide comprehensive, world-class care to our patients.

This promise is reflected in every aspect of what we do. Our skilled, multidisciplinary physicians continue to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, drawing on their clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes. Our researchers are leading the charge in cutting-edge scientific discovery, leveraging the latest technological advances to provide life-changing treatments to those who need them most. And our students are learning novel approaches to health, wellness and disease treatments, creating a new generation of health care pioneers, empowered with extensive knowledge and information and a deep appreciation for the diverse communities we serve.

As we advance each area of our mission to care, discover, teach and build a community, we do so with a profound sense of gratitude to those of you – our donors, alumni and friends – who have helped make this possible. The success of the ongoing We’re Changing Medicine campaign is a powerful testament to our shared vision of what we can accomplish together. Your support has not only propelled our institution forward, but it illustrates your understanding of how each facet of our mission intersects to shape – and transform – the future of health care.

With heartfelt gratitude,
